COVID Update - Ryan Bay Holiday & Residential Park

Following recent announcements, the Scottish Government have set an indicative date of Monday, 26 April when Holiday Parks will be able to re-open their doors to both owners and holidaymakers.  This is the date we have all been waiting for, and we are working hard to get ready to welcome you back.  We are however awaiting further clarification on the use of communal areas and shared facilities (including toilets and showers), but we will open these just as soon as it is permissible.  Service points and waste disposal facilities will be available and open for use, operated in line with government guidelines.

Our programme of upgrades and maintenance has continued as much as possible during the restrictions, and we hope you will see some noticeable improvements to your park.

The safety and wellbeing of our staff, owners, holiday makers, and the communities in which our parks operate, has and will be always been of paramount importance to us.  We are awaiting further Government guidance about Track and Trace at our Park in Scotland. We understand we are required to know when people are staying on the park and who is in the group/party. We will need names, dates and contact details. This will include any day visitors. We will ask you to work with us to achieve this objective, by emailing [ryanbay@hagansleisure.co.uk] the Holiday Park or contacting us by telephone [01776 889458] to give us details, prior to their arrival.

Please do not travel, if the Government Guidance prevents you visiting or staying with us.  Continue to follow Government Guidance for social gatherings, social distancing and occupying holiday homes.  Please remember to report symptoms of feeling unwell to the reception by telephone.
