We realise buying a caravan holiday home of lodge is a significant investment. We also know that you will have many questions covering the buying process, moving in, and of course what happens after you take ownership of your new caravan holiday home or lodge.

You can pay for your holiday home by various means, including full payment upfront, or by financing your purchase over a set term. The options available to you will depend on your personal circumstances as well as the age and condition of your new holiday home.

We work with various finance providers who specialise in caravan holiday homes including Evolution Finance and Blackhorse. We will arrange all administration ensuring you have a hassle-free buying experience. We have access to exclusive rates as low as 10.9% (T&C’s apply), with deposits as low as 10% of the purchase price.

Ownership attracts many benefits besides being able to enjoy unlimited holidays as and when you wish during the season. 

Our owners enjoy exclusive discount in our bars and bistros, as well as free access to all our facilities including our indoor swimming pools. We also arrange events exclusively for owners such as days out to Carlisle Races, Lancashire Day Trips, Lake District sailing days etc.

Our owners also have access to FREE unlimited Wi-Fi - superfast speeds perfect for streaming movies in your holiday home.

Pitch fees vary by park, and by location within the park. All our pitch fees are very competitively priced and are from as little as £3195 with an early payment discount available.

Like any other holiday or residential property, you will need to budget for certain running costs. These may include water charges, electricity usage, gas, and insurance. These costs will vary depending on your holiday home, its usage, and the location.

We offer a schemes that allow you to let out your holiday home when not in use by you – an flexible Sub Hire Scheme. The scheme give you the opportunity to earn money towards the running costs of your holiday home.

Allowing us to let your holiday homes gives you total peace of mind. We look after everything allowing you to relax at home ready to return when you wish.

Any money that you earn through our Sub Hire Scheme can be put towards your annual running costs. The amount you earn will depend on your accommodation, dates for letting, duration and holiday park. Alternatively you can receive a cheque for the amount owed.

Our experienced housekeeping staff will provide a fully inclusive holiday home clean once your guests depart. This applies only to guests booked through us, so you will have to ensure you clean your holiday home after you and your family depart.

All bookings, administration and payments are handled by our experienced team. We take care of everything, giving you total peace of mind. You simply receive your income at the end of the year letting us do all the work.

You will be issued with an availability calendar where you can decide what dates you wish to let out your holiday home. There may be a minimum number of dates required depending on which scheme you avail of.
